To coincide with the launch of our new office in the Middle East, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new web site – www.mystrata.com

As a global provider of community management solutions, Mystrata is a leading technology company for the strata and community title management industry. Our flagship product “Strataware” is now operational in four jurisdictions in Australia and three in the Middle East. We plan to bring on more jurisdictions over the coming months.

We are also pleased to announce the soft launch of our new web portal product “MyCommunity”. MyCommunity is a sophisticated web portal platform that interfaces to our Strataware application. All communities on Strataware can now easily activate a unique web portal for their community. Owners, tenants, managers and suppliers can now access a wide range of “self service” management tools, collaborative software and information relating to their unit and their community, all in a secure, safe environment.

Our new site also incorporates our new approach to customer and technical support, giving our clients a broader range of support services via this online medium – this includes a new ticketing system for support queries, a knowledge base of Q & A’s, an online training manual and a library of other support tools including our online training videos.
